Description

Being a pretty avid hiker for many years, I do not just hike in the warmer months. Winter has led to some of the most beautiful and challenging hikes I have ever done and one necessity when hiking in winter are Snowshoes. When on they are great, but when not needed they can be cumbersome and there are not many solutions out there to store these when you are not wearing them. This is why we designed the Snow Trap!

This will allow you to mount your Snowshoes on almost any Backpack keeping them stable and out of the way when hiking. There are 15 different anchor points to help you secure this to your Backpack with almost any type of strapping material. We choose various size Velcro straps as you can see in the pics. This was designed to print with TPU to keep the Snow Trap flexible, not only to deal with the cold weather, but also to flex as you are hiking and to conform better with the shape of you pack. We also kept the weight down as much as possible with the design and these come in at only 212 grams. We hope you enjoy these and make your Winter adventures with Snowshoeing a little easier.
