US Split Cable Pass-Through Wall Plate

A simple and practical split cable pass-through wall plate designed for neat cable management without needing to disconnect existing cables.

Unlike traditional cable plates, this design splits into two halves, allowing installation around cables that are already in place. Ideal for HDMI, Ethernet, USB, power cables, speaker wire, and other low-voltage applications.

Perfect for:

  • Wall-mounted TVs
  • Home theatre installations
  • Network cabinets
  • Desk cable management
  • AV equipment setups
  • Smart home installations

Community Requested Version

Several users have asked for a US-compatible version of my original UK Split Cable Plate, so I've created this model using commonly available US wall plate dimensions.

As I am based in the UK and do not have access to US wall boxes or faceplates for testing, I would greatly appreciate feedback from US users regarding fitment and compatibility. If any adjustments are needed, please leave a comment and I'll do my best to update the design.

Features

✔ Split design allows installation without disconnecting cables

✔ Clean and professional appearance

✔ Easy to print with no supports required

✔ Suitable for a wide range of cable types

✔ Lightweight and low filament usage

If you print and install this in a US electrical box or low-voltage bracket, I'd love to hear how it fits. Your feedback helps improve future versions and ensures compatibility for everyone.

Happy Printing!
