My printer is a bit too loud for late-night printing. 😅 A few of my neighbours have already complained, so overnight prints are pretty much off the table. That means long prints are only possible when nobody is around to hear them. 🙈 I already placed the printer on a concrete slab with rubber isolation pads, which helped a little. But now I'm going all in and building a proper sound-insulated enclosure around it. For the project, I bought these acoustic panels and want to see how much difference they can make. Feedback requested: Optimizing the cutting edge for a tape dispenser I have designed a tape dispenser that already functions well in terms of dispensing and handling. While the overall design is complete, I am looking to improve the efficiency of the integrated cutting edge. Currently, I am using 3D-printed serrated teeth. The tape tears adequately when pulled at an angle, but I would like the process to be smoother and require less effort. My goal is to achieve a clean cut using a purely 3D-printed solution without relying on an external metal blade. Which tooth geometry do you think worked for in 3D-printed cutters? I would appreciate any technical advice or design suggestions you can share.#Tesa #help

#help Hello everyone im having a problem with my P2S! i was printing with regular PLA and about 3/4 into the print my printer stopped and said extruder motor is overloaded i did everything support told me to i did resarch and everything told me to do what i already did. ive done numerous cold pulls ,re calibrating the printer, and cleaning out the extruder and it still says extruder overloaded and it strips out, the ams is not tangled i tried different filimnt and using the nozzle clog cleaner If you may know whats happening please let me know in commets

I dont know why my printer is not giving the results it used to. I have a A1 with 500 hours and its print quality has been rapidly deteriorating. On one instance it screwed up a build plate. After switching back to the textured plate and cleaning the plate vigoirously with hot water, soap, and isopropyl alchoholI was still getting bad results. I even tried tighreiing all the screws in the extruder assembly. This morning I woke up to blob of doom. My first layers suck and most of my prints end up having adhesion despite having high surface areas. I'll have to order a new hotend assembly after the blob if I want to restore the printer. I've considering buying a P2S. What is your advice? #Questions #Help #Advice(Edited)

so, I had Decently bad blob if death on my P1S, and I got most of it off, but there is still some above the nozzle and I have a replacement nozzle, but there are wires going to the nozzle that I think are the temperature judgment thing. I have tried to get it off with a heat gun, but it is too difficult. I don’t even know what it is and I can’t find it on the bamboo lab Store. #help so my a1 mini makes a weird rattling sound when doing the vibration compensation and while it prints it like scrapes the print with the nozzle sometimes. should my printer be making any rattling metal noise when doing the vibration compensation besides the vibrating from the toolhead? and is all normal? and if its not how can i fix it?
