The Xingyi 245 portable soldering iron case accommodates the soldering iron body, two soldering tips, a spool of solder, and cleaning cotton. It also features a soldering iron stand function.
The metal ring of the soldering iron stand employs a 12mm inner diameter, 20mm outer diameter, and 8mm thickness, with M5 screw holes (not recommended here, readily available on Taobao for around 9 RMB including shipping).
Use M5 * 8 screws with a 7mm head to secure the metal ring: 304 Stainless Steel Cross Recessed Head Screw-Tmall
The magnetic version utilizes eight 5mm diameter, 4mm thick magnets (not recommended here, N52 magnets are suggested).
Adhesive is required for bonding the solder spool's top cover, ensuring the raised side faces outward. Magnets also necessitate adhesive application; carefully discern the N and S poles. Rapid-drying adhesives such as 502 are recommended.
PETG printing is recommended. If printer precision is insufficient, consider adjusting the x-y outer contour dimensions by approximately 0.01-0.05.
