This solution is suitable for my designed "infinite assembly pegboard":https://makerworld.com/en/models/932107
It is also suitable for pegboards with reserved M4 holes (M4 hole center distance is 25mm)
This solution is suitable for installation on lightweight brick walls or wood board surfaces, the overall schematic diagram is as follows
1. Module A is used with seamless nails, M4x25 flat head screws, and M4 nuts
Module A supports seamless nails of Φ1.6 and Φ2mm specifications, with a recommended length of 16-20mm
When installing seamless nails, 6mm is driven into the module, and the remaining length is driven into the wall
2. Module B: used with M4x25 flat head screws and M4 nuts
3. The thickness of both Modules A and B is 20.4mm
When directly tapping the seamless nails, it is easy to hit the protruding parts of the module, at this time, a large screw can be used to help tap the seamless nails
Before fixing Module A to the wall, remember to embed the M4 nut first!!!
