Description
This is a large-button version, non-removable, but like a standard switch, it can be installed in an 86-type junction box, harmonizing better with home switches.
Three Φ3mm metal pins and one Φ3*10 pan head screw are required. The central mounting hole of the circuit board is secured using a Φ4 knurled nut and a Φ3*6 pan head screw. The circuit board doesn't need to be fixed; it won't loosen.
Images with text depict the final product. Other images are test prints during development, exhibiting minor differences from the finished product.
The print files utilize ABS material. I've come to prefer this material; its resilience, temperature resistance, and durability surpass PLA, although PLA is also suitable, offering slightly greater rigidity. PETG possesses an oily sheen, making it unsuitable for switches.
