Description

This toy can be completed with all 3D printed parts minus the springs but if you would prefer metal dowels I've linked amazon pages below for the correct sizes. I've also added in a new PicoRail for the rear sight, added a new barrel, added barrel attachment pin for added accessories, a 50mm Suppressor, a 100mm Suppressor, and a 150mm suppressor.

Assembly:

Posted a basic picture version of assembly for now but will post a video of assembly later. Many places the tolerances are very very tight so I used grease to push the parts into place without breaking and ensuring a very tight fit. If you don't want to do this you might need to shrink done the various pins by like 10%.

Tools:

Flush Cutters (Optional)

Superlube Grease (Optional)

Screws: (All screws are optional and do not impact longevity of the toy)

560 Pieces M2 Countersunk Kit

M2 x 0.4mm x 18mm Flat Head Screw

Dowel Pins: (All of these are optional unless you want a toy that lasts longer)

2.5mm x 18mm Dowel

2.5mm x 8mm Dowel

3mm x 20mm Dowel

2mm x 20mm Dowel

2mm x 8mm Dowel

4mm x 14mm Dowel

1mm x 10mm Dowel (Optional)

Springs:

0.2mm x 3mm x 15mm Compression Spring

Pick between the 0.4x6mm and the 0.4x8mm, one gives a bit more resistance and the other makes it easier to trigger pull but sometimes doesnt return the trigger home fully

0.4mm x 6mm x 40mm Compression Spring

0.4mm x 8mm x 40mm Compression Spring

0.8mm x 12mm x 40mm Compression Spring
