Keep your tips locked and loaded with this drugs-inspired pressure wash tip holder designed to zip-tie directly onto your pressure washer gun. Built specifically for detail work, this compact 3D-printable mount keeps your nozzles organized and always within arm’s reach so you can switch tips quickly and stay in the zone.

It securely holds standard quick-connect pressure washer tips with TPU inserts for extra grip and added security, keeping them snug even during heavy use. The low-profile design stays out of the way of foam cannons and attachments, so it won’t interfere when you’re dialing in thick foam or tight-angle rinses.

1. Download the File
   Purchase and download the STL files.
2. Slice & Print
   • Slice the main body in your preferred slicer.
   • Recommended material: PLA, PETG, or ASA for durability.
   • Print TPU inserts separately using flexible TPU (95A recommended).
3. Dry Fit TPU Inserts
   Before gluing, dry fit the TPU inserts into the main body to ensure proper fitment. They should seat fully and snugly without excessive force.
4. Glue Inserts in Place
   Once proper fitment is confirmed, apply a small amount of CA glue (super glue) or suitable adhesive and press inserts firmly into place. Allow adequate cure time.

5. Mount to Pressure Washer Gun
   Position the holder on your pressure washer gun where desired and secure it tightly using heavy-duty zip ties.

    

6. Your holder is now ready for use. Load your tips, lock in, and get to work.
