Ruler Stop Block - Spring loaded

This custom-designed Ruler Stop Block is made to fit standard 30 mm-wide steel rulers, providing a precise and convenient way to mark or measure repeat dimensions.

The stop block features spring-loaded inserts, allowing smooth and quick adjustment along the ruler without the need for constant tightening or loosening. Once positioned, it locks firmly in place for accurate and repeatable measurements.

To enhance the appearance and usability, the design includes interchangeable cover caps that conceal the adjustment screw. Several cover styles are available, including a blank version (.step) that allows you to add your own logo or custom design for personalization.

Perfect for workshop use, model making, or precision measurement tasks, this ruler stop combines functionality, customization, and clean design — all optimized for 3D printing.

How to print:

A stop is inserted at layer 168 in the print profile of the base parts to insert the nut. Then simply continue printing.

• 1x   M6 x 40
• 1x   M6 Nut
• 2x   0.5 x 5 x 20 Spring
