Customizable Paintbrush Protector

Bent brush bristles are a thing of the past with these parametric paint brush caps.

(Tested with 0.4 nozzles)

How to customize your cap:

• Round brushes:
  1. Measure the diameter of the brush where the bristles meet the handle
  2. Put that measurement in the “diameter” and add 2mm
  3. Measure the tip of the brush to where the bristles meet the handle and add about 10mm
  4. Put that measurement in the “hight”

• Flat brushes:

  1. Choose the rectangle option
  2. Measure the width of the brush where the bristles meet the handle
  3. Put that measurement in the “width” and add 2mm
  4. Measure the length of the brush where the bristles meet the handle or the wideness of the bristles if you have a fan brush etc…
  5. Put that measurement in the “length” and add 2mm
  6. Measure the tip of the brush to where the bristles meet the handle and add about 10mm
  7. Put that measurement in the “hight”

  (Extra tips: prints better at lower speeds, good cooling, and a hotter bed temperature)

Once you downloaded the model make sure you use vase/spiral mode.
