Hi! I'm Steve from the UK.
I've been into 3D printing for over 5 years, mainly using Creality machines—though I spent more time trying to get them to print than actually printing!
In October 2024, I picked up a Bambu A1, and it's been a game-changer. Now that my prints are consistent and reliable, I’ve started diving into 3D modeling—because when something goes wrong, I know it’s on me, not the printer!
Right now, I’m designing with TinkerCad, but I’m working on learning Fusion 360 to level up my skills. I'm still new to modeling, but loving the process and always learning.

Just finished my latest project — **Glow Cube**.
It’s a modular lamp built around the Bambu Lamp Kit 001 where you only print the main cube once, then swap out the panels to completely change the look.
The idea was simple:
one base → unlimited styles
This version includes the core cube and the first pattern set, with more panel designs coming. Works as both a clean desk light and a decorative piece depending on the panels you use.
Would appreciate any feedback or ideas for future panel designs.
