Description

mini meshtastic node i made for use with my phone, it features XIAO nRF52840 & Wio SX1262 Kit, 2000mah li-on 103450 battery, battery cut-off switch, a space for the bundled PCB antenna and a space for a BMS to enable fast charging, in my case around 1h 0-100%

the top cover is glued on with superglue, and there are 2 allignment pins to make it easier.

this setup uses the flat pcb antenna that comes with the kit, make sure you have good cooling, else maybe consider using PVA for internal supports ( i had no problems just bridging tho)

components just stay in their place on their own, but id recomment securing them with a drop of hot glue just in case (and make sure to add it in a way that it can be removed if you need to, straight on the board for example is a bad idea)

the switch just clicks into place and doesent need any glue, same with the antenna.

in my limited testing i managed to achive ranges of over 100km with a line of signt, and the battery lasts from a few days to a few weeks (depending on bluetooth)

oh and to fix the board and transmiter you need to solder them togeter tight, the stock connector is too large
