Description

This is an NES-style SFF computer case with a 5.2-liter capacity.
It is entirely 3D-printed using ABS.

It is designed to use the following components:

  • LP RTX 4060 (Gigabyte)
  • Flex power supply
  • ITX motherboard
  • Cooler: Thermalright AXP120-X67

The power and reset switches are keyboard switches, and wires need to be soldered to connect them.
For the USB ports, adjust the model design to fit the ports you currently have or plan to purchase.

The front text details were printed using UV DTF stickers and attached.

To avoid creating supports during the 3D printing process, the case was designed to be printed in separate parts.
Once printed, the parts were assembled using superglue.

For the screw holes connecting the motherboard to the bottom and top parts of the case, M3 insert nuts were used.
All dimensions were designed to accommodate M3 screws and M3 insert nuts.

The surface was finished by sanding and then spray-painted with lacquer.
