This project is a premium two-piece parametric case (threaded base and lid) specifically designed as a customizable, pocket-sized Keychain Container. Perfect for carrying small items like pills, earplugs, toothpicks, emergency cash, or needles. Fully parametric in OpenSCAD, it features a default standard size with the option to customize to other sizes, and deep aesthetic texture customization.

PARAMETER GUIDE

1. Size & Capacity
- Standard Size: The container comes in a default standard size (35mm x 20mm) that is perfectly optimized for pocket carry, offering the best balance between storage capacity and portability.
- Custom Sizes: You have the possibility to fully customize other sizes to your exact needs by adjusting the diameter and height sliders.
 

2. Keychain Loop
- Keychain Enable: Easily toggle the keychain loop connector on or off.
- Keychain Loop Position: Choose to start the loop at the Bottom (Z=0, bed level) for a support-free print and maximum layer adhesion strength, or at the Top (near the shoulder).
 

3. Aesthetics and Texture
- Surface Pattern: Applies geometric textures in high/low relief to the outer face (Default: Grid Diagonal).
- Pattern Depth: Controls how pronounced the texture is (recommended: 0.6mm).
- Pattern Scale: Adjusts the size of the texture tiles. Small variations in this scale dramatically transform the visual effect, creating entirely new textures from a single base pattern.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & PRINTING

- Support-Free Design & Optimized Walls: Both the base and the lid feature a highly optimized internal geometry with 45-degree chamfers. This significantly reduces filament usage and print time while maintaining a thick, premium external wall. It prints completely without supports!
- Heavy Duty Integrated Connector: The keychain loop uses a solid rectangular bridge that merges deep into the cylinder wall before printing, making the loop virtually indestructible compared to glued-on or thin tab alternatives.
- Flush Lid & Thread Spin: The cap height is fixed at 8.0mm, and the internal thread uses a hardcoded spin offset of 123.75 degrees. This ensures that the lid always screws down completely flush against the base, and the external texture patterns align seamlessly between the lid and base.

- Wall Generator: Arachne (Required for sharp texture details)
- Line Width: 0.45mm or 0.6mm (Outer & Inner walls)
- Infill: 10% Cross Hatch or Gyroid
- Speed: 80-100 mm/s (Outer & Inner walls for premium finish)

- Top/Bottom Surface Pattern: Octagram Spiral (Recommended for a premium concentric look)
