Python Clamp
Overview A strong and versatile functional clamp designed for everyday workshop use. This model is optimized for 3D printing and uses standard hardware to ensure maximum durability and grip.
Hardware Required
- 1x M6 x 40mm Bolt (Main clamping screw)
- 1x M6 Nut
- 1x M3 x 30mm Bolt (Used as the pivot/hinge pin)

Print Settings
- Material: PETG recommended for durability, but PLA works great too!
- Wall Loops: Minimum 3.
- Infill: 8% - 10% (Gyroid pattern recommended).
- Supports: Yes, standard supports are sufficient for the hinge and overhangs.
Assembly
- Assemble the two main jaws using the M3x30 bolt as the pivot axis.
- Insert the M6 nut into its designated seat.
- Thread the M6x40 bolt through the printed knob and the spherical joint to complete the clamping mechanism.
