While organizing my electronics cabinet, I printed several wire spools designed by rlogiacco. I really like that model: it’s quick and easy to print, four fit on a single bed, and it just works.

What I was missing, though, was a good way to store and use those spools neatly.

So I designed this 5×2×12u Gridfinity bin specifically to hold the narrow spool bobbins.
It’s sized to accommodate 10 spools in total. No supports required.

The wire feeds out from the front, and there’s a small hole to tuck the end back in, preventing unwanted unwinding. The layout also keeps the wire ends from hanging loose or interfering with other Gridfinity bins.

I’ve printed two of these and love how clean and practical the setup is — it’s a very neat way to keep small-gauge wires organized and ready to use.

Hope you like it! If you find it useful, consider boosting this model 🚀
