As new Bambu Lab A1 shipments no longer include the excellent tool tray and Allen wrenches, and most tool trays are designed for the older Allen wrenches, I decided to design my own.

Please be mindful, this is my first design.

I've added custom inserts in four variations. Each variation is available in heights of 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm.

My design is intended to fit perfectly into this box.

To make the Allen wrenches significantly more manageable, I printed the following.

I've inserted a 6x3 magnet at each of the red-marked locations. This isn't essential, but it significantly improves handling. I've also included labeling for all hotends.

If desired, 8 pieces of 6x3mm magnets are required.

If you have any further ideas on how to improve it, please let me know.

Note: Pay attention to the polarity when inserting the magnets!

Not all hotend magnets have the same polarity upon delivery.

I had three identical ones and one that was exactly the opposite.

Should this lead to problems, it's worth considering drilling a small hole through the magnet holes to the bottom, allowing for convenient magnet removal from below.

Anyone still possessing an older Bambu Lab A1 that came with pre-assembled Allen wrenches will find a suitable tool tray and additional inserts for this box here.
