Bill of Materials
Description
This electronics case is a simple, functional enclosure designed for DIY projects and electronic prototypes. The case consists of two separate parts and is assembled using a single M3x8 screw. No threaded inserts are required — the screw self-taps directly into the plastic when tightened slowly and carefully. To avoid damaging the threads, do not overtighten the screw during assembly.

Sizes
The cases are available in three different sizes to fit various projects:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Print Profiles & Materials
Four dedicated print profiles are included, optimized for different materials:
- PLA – suitable for low-temperature applications (up to ~50 °C)
- PETG – improved heat resistance and durability (up to ~70 °C)
- PETG HF – faster printing with similar properties to standard PETG
- ABS – high-temperature resistance and durability (up to ~95 °C)
Printing Tips
For best results, ensure the build plate is thoroughly cleaned before printing.
When using the ABS profile, it is recommended to print on a smooth build plate with adhesive, such as Bambu Liquid Glue or a standard glue stick for 3D printing, to improve adhesion and reduce warping.
Files Included
Both STL and CAD files are provided. The CAD files allow easy modification of the design, so you can adapt the case to your own electronics, connectors, or mounting requirements.
