What You'll Need:

  • 64x M3 heat-set inserts
  • 18x M2 heat-set inserts
  • 64x M3 bolts (6-8mm length)
  • 18x M2 bolts (for Pi mounts and back socket)
  • 8x 20x2 pin headers (optional for expansion)
  • 2x 5x2 pin headers (optional for external interface)
  • 4x 3mm green LEDs
  • 4x Rocker power switches
  • 4x Fan control switches
  • 14x 25x25x7mm cooling fans
  • 4x USB-C breakout boards (male+female)
  • Cables for power and data connections
  • USB cables for SSD connection

    I used 150W 5V 200*100*42mm PSU 

Printing Notes:

This design was printed on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with AMS for multi-color parts. Total print weight is approximately 1.5kg. Each slice module takes approximately 10 hours to print with standard settings.

The cluster case was designed with proper airflow in mind, with dedicated cooling paths to ensure optimal thermal performance even under heavy workloads.
