Following Lotus Realm, here comes another bonsai-themed piece! I happened to have way too much silk gold filament, so the inspiration basically came from the material itself... The Tree of Embers rises through the earth in a golden form, like a will that still refuses to fade after the world has burned to ashes. This is an original display piece inspired by Elden Ring and God of War (2018). All images shown are real photos. Materials used: silk gold PLA and matte rock gray PLA. The lake surface and snow mountains are lightly hand-painted. The roots are intentionally shaped into a cliff, where melted snow flows endlessly into the base of the world tree.
