3D printing is fun!
If one or more of my models treated you kindly, consider making a small offering to the Printer Gods on my behalf at https://bink3d.betterworld.org. No pressure, but they do seem to like PETG.

The Bowden Puck Pro is Here
About a year ago, I released the original Bowden Puck; back when I was just getting started with 3D printing and CAD.
Since then, I’ve learned a lot.
So I redesigned it.
This is The Bowden Puck Pro.
If You Printed the Original
This is the version I wish I had made the first time.
* Snappy, locked-in alignment (no more wandering)
* Much better grip
* Multiple sizes (3–7.9mm)
It’s just, better.
If You’re New
A compact, enclosed cutter for small tubing:
* PTFE
* Silicone
* Rubber
Insert, rotate, done. Clean cuts every time.
The Upgrade
Not a tweak. Not a remix.
This is what happens when you revisit a design with a year of experience.
If you liked the original, you’ll want this.
If you didn’t try it before—this is the one.
Appreciate the support!

Future AM/PM Capsuleers, this one’s for you.
After thousands of downloads, countless prints, and more iterations than I ever planned, the question I kept getting was:
“Any chance you’ll make an AM/PM version?”
Today, I finally get to say: yes — and it’s better than I ever imagined.
Meet the Capsuleer x2: the fourth-generation evolution of the Capsuleer. Built on everything learned from v1, v2, and v3, and now packing twice the bins for AM/PM users, two-week setups, or anyone whose pill routine refuses to fit neatly into one row.
AM/PMers: this is the version you’ve been asking for.
For anyone new here: this is a lockable, rotating-dial pill box with sliding covers that isolate compartments, make refills easy, and somehow still prints on a home 3D printer.
After more than 11kg of filament, a mountain of prototypes, and a lot of "okay, one more tweak," the Capsuleer x2 is officially the largest, most capable Capsuleer ever released.
If you’ve printed a Capsuleer before, this will feel instantly familiar, just bigger.
If you’ve never seen one before, welcome — this is where it gets fun.
As always, I can’t wait to see your prints, your color combos, and your feedback.
The Capsuleer keeps evolving — and this one was built with all of you in mind.
Happy printing,
— The person who may never stop tweaking this thing

Capsuleer v3 Is Here — And This One’s Been Tuned
Hey Capsuleers (and future Capsuleers),
If you’ve printed v1 or v2, you already know this project has been a bit of an obsession of mine. What started as “I just want a pill box that doesn’t annoy me” quietly turned into months of tweaks, testing, and more iterations than I care to admit.
Capsuleer v3 is the result of all of that.
This isn’t a redesign for the sake of change—it’s a refinement. The “what if I just” ideas that didn’t quite make it into the earlier versions have finally landed here. After 8+ kg of filament and a lot of real-world use, I can confidently say this is the smoothest, sturdiest, most satisfying Capsuleer yet.
So what makes v3 special?
* Sturdier: One-piece solid bins—no joints
* Smoother & snappier: Dial clicks into place with more confidence
* Grippier: Subtle grip notches where your fingers actually want them
* No filament restrictions: Matte, weird experimental stuff—go for it with the bin
* Still unmistakably Capsuleer: Locking, isolating, refill-friendly, and oddly fun to use
If you’ve printed earlier versions, v3 will feel instantly familiar—but noticeably better in all the little ways that matter.
If you’ve never seen the Capsuleer before, well, this is the version I’d want you to meet first.
As always, I’d love feedback and photos of your builds—this community is the reason this thing keeps getting better.
Happy printing, and welcome to Capsuleer v3!

Capsuleers… and future Capsuleers… it’s finally here.
The Capsuleer v2 has landed!
When I released the original Capsuleer, I genuinely had no idea it would take off the way it did. I built it for fun, for function, and honestly just to get some ideas out of my head and into plastic. But you — the Capsuleers — turned it into something far bigger. You printed it, used it, traveled with it, and gave me the feedback that helped shape everything that comes next.
And "next" is officially here. Meet the Capsuleer v2.
This isn’t just an update — it’s the fully realized version of the ideas I’ve had, tweaked, and dogfooded across ~4+KG of prototypes. It’s leaner, smoother, clearer, snappier, more intuitive, and just… better. If you liked v1, v2 is going to feel like discovering the model all over again.
What makes v2 seriously awesome?
* A sleeker, more compact body — It looks cleaner and feels better in the hand.
* A translucent-friendly cover — Print it in translucent PETG and you can see your pills through the cover. Yes, it’s as cool as it sounds.
* Bigger bins — ~5% more space, without increasing the footprint.
* A dial that "snaps" into position — A satisfying click as you rotate.
* Better locking, better tolerances, better everything — From break-in behavior to alignment guides, this model has been tuned and tuned some more.
* Two sizes: full and mini — Pick your vibe.
* Easy two-color printing — No AMS needed!
* Still fully snap-fit — No glue. No screws. No nonsense.
For newcomers:
The Capsuleer is a lockable, twist-dial pill organizer with a sliding tambour-style cover that isolates a single day’s meds and makes weekly refills ridiculously easy. You’ve never seen a pillbox like this — because there isn’t one.
For returning Capsuleers:
You already know this thing punches way above its weight. v2 is the version you helped make possible.

To everyone who’s printed, boosted, commented, or shared feedback on the A1 Front Drawer—thank you.
When I asked whether you’d reprint the drawer if the sliding action was significantly improved—even knowing filament and print time would increase—you answered. And because of that, I got to work.
Today, I’m excited to share that A1 Front Drawer v2 is now available.
This new version is the direct result of your input—your votes, your ideas, and your honest feedback. Here's what’s new:
What’s Improved in v2:
* Smoother drawer operation
* Works better on less supported surfaces
* Even tighter printer connection
* Improved angled drawer bottom
Over 3.75 kg of filament was used to bring this to life—and every gram was worth it.
If you're already part of the A1 Front Drawer family, I’d love to hear what you think of v2. And if you're just seeing this for the first time—welcome! This drawer was made to keep your workspace tidy, your tools accessible, and your fingers out of harm's way.
Thanks again for helping make this what it is. Your feedback didn’t just matter—it shaped the result.

Hey A1 Front Drawer family (and future family members!)
I’m reaching out because I’m considering an update to the A1 Front Drawer. While the current version has gotten a lot of love (thank you!), I think there’s still room to improve—especially when it comes to how smoothly the drawer slides.
There are a lot of variables that affect this—plate size, filament used, print complexity, etc.—but I’m exploring ways to make the sliding experience more consistent and refined.
Here’s the big question—especially for those of you already using the drawer:
Would you be willing to reprint the drawer if the sliding action was significantly better, even if it meant doubling the filament use and print time?
For context:
* Cabinet filament use would jump from ~60g to just under 120g
* Cabinet print time would go from ~3 hours to ~6 hours
* Drawer print time and filament use would also increase slightly, but not as much
I’d love to hear your thoughts—whether you’d reprint or simply just enjoy what you current have. Thanks so much for being part of this project and helping make it even better! #Questions #Comingsoon #Newmodel
