I had high hopes for this print. The design seems well thought out and the knock-out on the side lines up well with the LCD modules that have the I2C backpack on them. However, I have four different types of 20x4 displays from various manufacturers, and none of them sit properly in in the recess in the front of the case where the black frame rests. All of my parallel, serial and I2C displays; the black frame is slightly taller than that recess, causing the display to want to shift up / down and not rest flat in front. For the mounting holes, I managed to install brass screw inserts, however the displays won't line up well since the metal frame doesn't fit in that recess.

Because the display is face-down in the box, there's no easy way to show the problem. My caliper shows the height of the recess for the frame. The other photos show the dimensions of the metal frame on three different displays; parallel, serial and I2C. I couldn't find my serial display (Made by Parallax Inc), however the parallel display frame seems to be almost 40mm (39.65) and the I2C display (blue) seems to be 39.95 while the recess in the enclosure is ~38.5mm. I hope this helps.
