Parametric Car Hub Centering Ring Generator

Parametric Design: 

Easily adjust the dimensions of the centering ring to fit your specific needs. 

Please use the customize function of makerworld to create your own stl file. Print profile is just an example.

Usually your wheel hub / rims come with this centering ring. In case you lost it, or it broke you can also 3D Print your own.

Customization Options:

• Cylinder Outer Diameter: Define the outer diameter of the centering ring.
• Cylinder Inner Diameter: Set the inner diameter of the centering ring.
• Cylinder Height: Adjust the height of the main cylindrical portion.
• Flange Height: Control the height of the flange.
• Flange Width: Determine how far the flange extends beyond the cylinder.
• Flange Extra Thickness: Increase the thickness of the flange at the top for added strength.

Note:

• Ensure accurate measurements to achieve proper wheel fitment. Or use the wheel / hub specifications for the dimensions.

• 3D printed  circles tend to shrink a little bit in the inner diameter. So it may not fit on the first try.

  But this prints really quickly and you can adjust and iterate quickly.
