I have designed a simple enclosure for the Homematic IP switching and measuring actor for USB, HmIP-USBSM, to protect the electrical component from the environment and safeguard the circuit board.
The lid snaps into place via four lugs but can also be opened again afterwards. The buttons included in the kit are reused here.
Variants:
- Print profile all in one color
- Print profile with button labeling
Material:
My enclosures are printed using Bambu PLA Basic filament; attempts with Bambu PLA Matte resulted in broken hooks due to its lower bending strength, see also the stress specifications of the individual filaments on the Bambu website.
PETG HF should also work, but I haven't tested it yet.
