Description
This year, I visited Chamonix, a small town in France near the Alps. The stunning scenery of the town left me in awe. While hiking an 8-kilometer trail in the mountains, I felt incredibly happy. As I was enjoying the breathtaking views, I wondered if I could somehow capture this experience and turn it into something tangible. That’s when the idea of creating an atmosphere lamp for my desk came to mind. The result was remarkable—better than I imagined.
I used a tea lamp kit (001) and designed the lamp with pre-drilled holes, dividing it into three parts: the mountain, the base, and the bottom plate, all without needing any glue. It’s printed using PLA, and you can either print it all at once or in separate plate. To enhance the look of the base, I added a wood-grain sticker on the exterior, giving it a more refined texture. The inspiration came from a model I saw somewhere, though I can’t recall exactly where.
