Description
Manual Drainage Valve
A fellow enthusiast suggested I create a valve system for draining water,
so I designed and created this drainage valve with a fixed bracket
This model’s print avoids weak Z-axis stress points, utilizing strong X/Y orientations
The fixture rotates 360 degrees, allowing you to freely define the water outlet/pressing direction!
Due to the forces acting in two directions, the high-strength support components are designed as separate interlocking parts

All components are 3D printed, requiring no additional parts
The nut design is separately printed and then inserted, easily snapping into place; it can also be used with standard M8 metal screws to match the printed nut and screw design

The assembly of the one-way valve and the draw rod is identical to my model (functional hydraulic well model)

All parts are interchangeable with the above (functional hydraulic well model)!
(Including the one-way valve, barrel, conical inlet, and body fixture)
Note: As threaded printing requires high precision, it's recommended to print threads separately and not use transparent/translucent materials!
(I've tested that translucent material creates threads that bind)
Due to support in the interlocking areas, if there is any binding during assembly, do not force it; use a knife to gently remove the support surface for easy insertion
