Description
A 6 bottle paint holder, designed to work with the Multiboard mounting system. 2025-01-12 - See update below for info about HSW mounting!

Inspired by ronald.marvin's take on a 26mm paint rack.
The space I had for mounting my paints on the side of my hobby shelf only allowed for the use of 6x6 Multiboard tiles next to each other which the above paint rack didn't allow, so I needed to design something with an offset.
Rack Orientation: If you are looking at a 2-wide 6x6 Multiboard, the .stls as uploaded are modeled to work on the left panel (and overhang slightly off the left edge). To get them for the right side, simply mirror along the X-axis. You can fit two racks per 6x6 tile and still have easy access to the bottles. Uploaded 3mf files have 3 “left mounting” and 3 “right mounting” paint holders on the plate.
Print Details - Settings: Files are printed flat on the base with no supports. 2 perimeters, 10% infill is fine. Feel free to use your choice of material. All the prints above were completed using Bambu's Matte White PLA.
2025-01-12 Update - Added a version of the paint rack with a multiconnect cleat at Serps request. Multiconnect version requires supports when printing with the pots flat on the build plate. Now that there's a Multiconnect version, it could be used on HSW using the Multiconnect mounts located here. See comments for photos of the multiconnect piece.
These paint racks were designed with The Army Painter's Warpaints Fanatic set in mind, hence the cutout dipping down to allow viewing of the paint's spot in the flexible triad system. The outer walls were also lowered to allow visibility of the name of the paint.

There are two different versions included. One has “longer mounts” which can be used with the standard Multiboard 15mm peg hooks or a “shorter mounts” version which can be used with the Multiboard hook pins by Kunzite. The Multiboard hook pins will work in the “longer mount” model, but the 15mm peg hooks will not work in the “shorter mount” model. The mounting positions are 100mm center-to-center so they span 5 of the peg hook holes on a Multiboard tile.

In the above picture, the “longer mount” version is pictured with the Multiboard 15mm peg hook on the left, and the “shorter mount” version is pictured with Kunzite's hooks on the right.
My layout was done with the majority in the “shorter mount” version, although there's a bit of a mix.

“Shorter mount” version can be seen up top, “longer mount” version is on the bottom. Both racks to the right are “shorter mount” versions.
