Description
My project for Dalgona, more than half a kilo of sugar was spent 😂👍It turns out that sugar honeycombs are very fragile, and this perfect umbrella did not survive, unfortunately.
But the molds for Dalgona, although made of plastic, are perfect 👍
The main thing is to wait until the sugar cools down so that the mold does not stick.
Recipe for Dalgona:
-5 tablespoons sugar
-A small pinch of baking soda
-After cooking, quickly pour the mixture onto the prepared surface (parchment), press with a glass flat dish, let cool slightly (seconds 30-40) and then press out with our mold.
