DeWalt DCS334 Dust collector with 38mm adapter

Assembly Instructions:

1. After printing the two parts, remove supports and bond them using a suitable adhesive. I used PLA and applied the adhesive using a cotton swab, resulting in a secure bond.

2. Apply 3M foam double-sided tape to the recesses on either side of the reciprocating saw base plate's top surface and to the rear, focusing on the 20mm area behind the air intake and the rear (I used 2mm thickness, resulting in a flat and secure attachment). Do not remove the protective liner from the adhesive yet.

3. Insert the assembled dust collector from the rear of the reciprocating saw. Note that you may need to briefly open the blade-change lever to facilitate insertion on the right-hand side.

4. Lift the dust collector body and use a blade to carefully separate the protective liner from the double-sided tape, then use tweezers to remove the liner. Firmly press the bonded area to ensure secure adhesion.
