Description

An underdesk holder for the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 1st gen

An under-desk holder designed for the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st generation).

This model utilizes the existing holes in the 160x80cm IKEA Trotten tabletop, so there’s no need for drilling new ones.

Things you will need:

  • x2 M6 20mm bolts
  • x4 washers

For the corner where the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 is mounted, use the bolts already in place. You will need a total of four bolts—two from the existing setup and two more, which can be taken from the opposite corners of the desk if you prefer not to purchase additional bolts.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Remove the two bolts from the bottom-right side of the desk.
  2. Align the 3D-printed holder with the existing holes.
  3. Place a washer between the bolts and the 3D-printed part.
  4. Tighten the bolts securely.
  5. Slide the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 into the holder.

The audio interface will be held securely in place.

To remove it, gently bend the two retaining clips outward.

Be cautious not to bend the clips too far during insertion, it's not necessary and excessive force may cause them to break.
