Flightline motionrc 1600 P38 spinner supports

Support plate for the failure prone P38 prop spinners.  The top piece should be pressed over the center hub and screwed in over the props, stock screws are long enough.  This reinforces the spinner, and prevents flexing from torque and thrust.  Including a 2nd plate that can mount underneath the spinner and either glued in place, or can be held in place with slightly longer screws.
