First of all, I really love the original collapsible stack organizer design. It is fast to print, easy to assemble, and looks great. Huge credit to the original designer for such a thoughtful model.&nbsp;This auxiliary part was designed to solve a small stability issue I encountered during everyday use. Why I Designed this LockWhile the tray works very well overall, I noticed that the side walls could occasionally slide out of their slots. This usually happened when unstacking trays or when the side walls were bumped from the side. As a result, the structure felt less sturdy than I wanted, especially when handling stacked trays.One possible improvement could be adding stacking notches directly to the side walls. That would likely help stabilize the lower trays, but the top tray would still remain vulnerable to side wall movement.That is where this lock comes in. What the Lock DoesThe lock works like a simple clamp. It holds the front or back wall tightly against the side wall, preventing the side wall from shifting or popping out of its slot. Once installed, the tray feels significantly more rigid during stacking, unstacking, and general handling.This part does not modify or replace any original components. It is an add on designed to work with the existing tray design. Types of Locks There are two lock variations included.<ul><li>Small footprint lock More compact and visually minimal. This version requires supports to print.</li><li>Large footprint lock Slightly bigger and feels more robust in use. This is my personal preference due to the added stiffness.</li></ul>Both versions clamp in exactly the same way and are functionally identical. Lock RetentionThe lock clamps two adjacent walls together and uses the existing wall slits to stay in place. It slots into the slits on both walls, preventing the lock from sliding or coming loose during use. This creates a secure mechanical hold instead of relying only on friction. How to Install?<ol><li>Assemble the tray walls as usual.</li><li>Align the lock with the slits on the front or back wall and the side wall.</li><li>Press the lock into place until it fully seats and clamps both walls together.</li></ol>No modification to the original tray is required. P.S.This is my very first print profile and one of my first attempts at 3D modeling. Feedback and suggestions are very welcome.

I removed the designer patterns and instead used Modifiers to use infill pattern. You can adjust density and type to your liking but for me 3D Honeycomb or Crosshatch worked best on 15-25% Infill. This reduced the print time and filament use dramatically Max size on A1 Build Plate with 157% scaling of Original
