Mini Bio for anyone interested - 

Hi! I'm Alex! I am a 26 year old married mama of 2. Due to long covid, genetic health issues, and our oldest having special needs my husband and I have limitations that make working a job out of the house quite difficult. My businesses (The Pudgy Art Bandit and The Crafty Clay Babes) are our main source of income. I work 5 am - 1 pm recording videos to add to my Fusion 360 Clay Tool course, designing new models, helping my students, and general admin/marketing.

I recently closed down my physical product shop for The Pudgy Art Bandit due to an injury to my neck/shoulder. It was too painful to pack orders or work with polymer clay the way I was. Fortunately I have lovely customers who love me and my work who have continued to encourage me in this transition to completely digital products. I work with a handful of clay cutter sellers who sell my designs commercially and are amazing. My goal is and has always been to support the polymer clay community. I love to work, collaborate, teach, and learn from my fellow polymer clay earring artists.

I run “The Crafty Clay Babes” with my good friend Catherine (Owner of Lunar Love Design Co and Clay Party HQ), who has been selling clay tools longer than I have and teaches how to run your own clay parties/workshops. She's amazing and I'm so grateful because I wouldn't be where I am without her.
