Description

An addition to the RC Crawling track. TRX4M in photos.

I call it the multi mountains. It's 6 plates that interlock and provide a few feet of crawling action, with ramps on either end. Print more ramps for more entry points, or other arrangements. It's compatible with previous uploads as well, so your imagination is the only limit! It's not at tall as I'd like, easy for a 1/18 crawler but for a stock 1/24 it will be fun.

If you wish to configure it in a 3x3 format, 3 tabs will need to be removed from 1 of the center plates. It can be done in Bambu Studio or do like I did, use a pair of sharp snippers.

Hope you enjoy! Getting better with CAD and Blender so I hope to make some more. A 6-plate

tall mountain is in the works right now.

The ones I printed using the provided settings printed strong and great. The ones I tried to cut filament and use low lightening infill were definitely not as good. For strong models print as is, they take awhile but will last.

Do you think it is a challenge for my Hobby plus Cr-18 pro rock crawler?

Prints up nice. Probably could be designed to use less filament.

Infill is TOO dense and WASTES a lot of FILAMENT and TIME. I used Lightening infill and reduced print time by 2 hours and used 152 grams of filament. A 500 gram rc cars DOES NOT need very much infill to support itself.
