Description

Protect your Kyosho Mini-Z MA020 Mitsubishi Evo or Toyota Celica with these custom-designed TPU bumpers! These bumpers are engineered to safeguard the front body shell from frontal damage during impacts, ensuring longer-lasting protection for your car.

Designed to replace the standard front body mount, these bumpers extend forward to absorb and distribute impact forces effectively, reducing stress on the body shell.

The Celica with its fog labs is especially vulnerable to frontal damage, and was the inspiration for these designs.

For mine I used the Bambu Lab's  TPU for AMS filament, which additional stiffness actually suits this use case rather well compared to standard TPU.

I read a lot of chat regarding the temperature for the Z axis Strength for “TPU for AMS” and for my final versions I upped the nozzle temp to 245'C.
There will be Stringing, but these have now lasted a few days of my poor driving and a 5 Year olds Crash Testing!
