A simple and quick solution to attach cables to a 30x30 mm aluminum profile
The following goals were pursued
- Easy assembly
- Easy disassembly
- Reusable
- Secure hold
- Easy print
For assembly, simply insert the clip into the groove and turn it clockwise by 90° until it clicks into place. Insert the cable from the side and press down the top flap until it clicks
To disassemble, simply open, remove the cable, and turn in the opposite direction
Recommended print settings
Material: I recommend PETG but PLA also works if necessary
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 25% 3D honeycomb
Solid top and bottom layers: 4
Infill first and last layer: Concentric
