Description

This is an adapter to fix IKEA Skadis to Raskog.

This model was created based on MR-IT's model and Erle09's model.

MR-IT's model required two different length screws (M3x30, M3x45) and insert nuts (M3).
Erle09's model had a problem with the durability of the hook part.
The model I created solves the problems of these two models.
My model requires only one type of screw (M3x30) and uses a regular M3 nut that is readily available instead of an insert nut. It is also durable because the threaded penetration is made in the area where the load is applied.

Components required for this model are as follows
- 6 M3x30 screws
- 6 M3 nuts

This 3D model is published under a license called "standard digital file license", and any form of sale is not permitted.

Thanks, it's very practical and inspired me, I'm starting from scratch to make a more material-efficient and robust one for the cart, this way I feel shorter screws can be used, because M3*30 screws are generally too hard to find, and this method is still a bit difficult for one person to install: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2021134-best-ikea-raskog-skadis-cart-pegboard-adapter#profileId-2178207

I’m a Voron user, so I had an M3×30 on hand, but most people don’t have screws in such a specific length. I thought the idea of sliding the nut in was excellent. Thank you for the lovely remix!

Strength Issue:wall thickness is too small, becomes really thin

Thank you for teaching me. Due to the chamfering effect of the CAD model, the wall thickness appears to be thin during the printing of the first layer. After printing, the wall thickness should be sufficient for use. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any problems. Thank you

Other Issues:Unfortunately, the distance between the holes is not quite right. I had to leave out the rear Part so that it would fit reasonably well.

Thanks for the feedback. The thickness of the bars may vary depending on the country where they are sold or when they were purchased. I added a step file and an f3z file. Please change the size according to your environment.

Thanks for the feedback! Try tightening the screw while pushing in the M3 nut, the M3 nut is in a slightly deeper position. I have added a picture. By design, it should be possible to fasten with a 30mm screw.

Fits perfectly, the narrow part could have been a little thicker. I broke it while tightening the M3 screws. Still great and the best solution for this.
