Maker's Beginner Kit Parts Organiser

The Maker's Beginner Kit Parts Organiser is a compact and versatile storage solution for all of the parts found in the Maker's Beginner Kit- ZC002. This organiser enables the user to easily store their parts in a compact form factor and makes it that much easier to access and use each part. Eliminating the hassle of retrieving parts from the plastic bags.

Main Features

Compact Form Factor - That fits perfectly within the original Makers Beginn Kit Cardboard Box.

Snap Fit Slide Lock Lid - For quick access to parts and locks parts in their correct positions so that if shaken they will not scatter and will stay in their allocated positions.

Part Removal Tool - Can be used to insert nylon cable and power cables as shown by (Assembly Step 3). The tool can also be used to remove hard to reach parts such as the O-Rings, Tea Light flame diffuser and gears for example.

Compact Parts Storage (For All Kit Parts) - Types Outlined Below

Assembly

Step 1: Place all parts into allocated slots, channels and trays (Remove tea light diffuser from tea light and insert upside down).

Step 2: Straighten, then fold nylon cord 2 times and wind around tea light to place it in the press fit channel.

Step 3: Place Power Cables over Nylon Cord and Press both down into the press fit channel around the screw tray (TIP: Use Tool).

Step 4: Add Screws to their central tray and place the tea light in its holder with the diffuser removed.

Removal Of Parts

Make use of the Pick & Pry tool along with the gearbox shafts to attach to the magnet for removing metal parts.
