The print profile contains 3 different styles:

• Customizable Name: This can use quite a lot of filament, but does produce a nice result. 
• Change of filament at specific layer: For a niche effect.
• Plain: Quick to print in any color you wish.

If using a customizable name I would strongly urge you to use a purge object to help with color changes, also in my tests black lettering on white egg cup, even with a purge object and purge tower produced a grey band, so maybe choose some other colors.
