Ikea Samla 45L Filament Storage Box

Inspired by the 22l Filament Storage box I was looking for a similar 45L storage only box system which I was not able to find in all universes. So, I mixed up and share my own arrangement. I do not need any rods for storing spools or printing out of the boxes, I only want to pack as many spools as I could into the boxes. The 45L box can accommodate 10 normal sized spools plus some 250g ones without any problems.

The boxes should be airtight. Therefore please add rubber foam to the boxes. I used foam from Amazon (German link) but Aliexpress can be also a source. You need app. 2m per box.

Never lost Ikea Samla Clip Remix (11l, 22l, 45l, 65l)

Unmodified from origin. These clips do not add much height. Please use at least PETG to avoid breaking. A brim is added to the profile for the clips. I use 6 clips on the boxes only. Use some glue or double-sided tape for a durable fixation on the box edges.

Ikea Samla 45L Sliding / Gliding Feet

Ideal when moving the boxes under a shelf etc on carpets or even on chipboard. Can be printed from PLA or better. Material saving option is standard. If you like the full version please change. Both feet included. Available as single plate here. Fix on the box with double-sided tape.

Drybox humidity sensor mount

The origin design was perfect for my needs except for the fit of the screws / nuts. Therefore I remixed the front mount to fit easily heads of normal hex socket screws (SHCS) and modified the back part that M3x8 or 10mm screws fit without nut. Just screw the bolts into the plastic but do not over-tighten. Available as single plate here. Material to be PLA or better. 3.5mm drill needed. Round hygrometer can be purchased e.g. on  Aliexpress or Amazon.

Silicagel boxes

Unfortunately, the best Silicagel boxes I could find are copyright protected (which should be respected). Therefore I cannot share directly. Fortunately, you can get them for your email address at https://3d-print-files.com/free-3d-print-model-silica-gel-box-addon-filament-box/ including a detailed printing and mounting manual for free. Standard Bambu 0.2mm profile with 0.4mm nozzle will do the job. Material should be PETG for all parts. 100% infill on brackets and fasteners and a outer brim for the brackets might be helpful. The boxes to be printed preferably from transparent material. Please use the L size boxes for 45L (should still fit on A1mini) and the S size for 22L. 10mm drill for the mounting holes needed.
