Small easy to print and assemble (See video) vise for all of your small clamping needs. Strong clamping force. Multiple jaw covers for different applications including a TPC jaw cover for soft non marring clamping.  

Download all profiles for your machine to construct the complete vise. 

There are THREE main profiles you have to download to complete the vise. You have to SELECT the file, then open it. You need the MAIN CHASSIS and JAWS+KNOB+COLLAR+LR+SPAN and MAIN SCREW (PLA-CF or PLA+). Everything is clearly marked with images and words. The extra jaw faces are optional. YOU DO HAVE TO OPEN THEM IN BAMBU STUDIO.

Chassis prints best in PLA+ for strength. Main screw profiles in both PLA-CF and PLA+. PLA-CF is the better choice.

Gluing on the knob is optional. The main screw retaining collar is designed so you can remove it even with the knob glued on should you need to replace a broken screw due to overzealous clamping.  Just use The Wee Spanner profile to print the little tool.

UPDATE: The Wee Spanner is now included with the Jaws+Collar+Knob profile and also now includes a lock nut for the knob so you can use the Wee Spanner to secure the lock nut and Knob without glue.  

I like to wax the leadscrew and ways but it is not necessary, just adds smoothness. My preferred wax for plastic: https://tinyurl.com/Squirt-Lube

Examples printed in Elegoo Rapid PLA+ Silver & Black and Bambu PLA-CF. 

PRO TIP: If you use your thumb to hold the screw against the threads of the moving jaw like this (see below pic)  and screw it back and forth a few times, your initially assembly will run much more smoothly. I drop in some of the wax lube linked above to do this since it water based and solvent free.  This is how you get it buttery smooth. Not necessary but worth the extra effort.
