Shut-off valves | Blast Gates HT Pipes

Gate valve dust extraction for HT pipes that genuinely fits 110mm (the gray) HT pipes from the hardware store. Everything I've downloaded or purchased so far has either fit poorly or required tape. It can be slid into the socket of an HT pipe and then into the pipe that fits into the sockets, allowing it to be used between HT pipes.

Print the base plate with support on the print bed, adjusting settings to achieve a smooth surface after the support layer is removed.

Update July 4, 2023: I fine-tuned the dimensions again as it was still too loose in the HT pipe. I also made further adjustments to the slider.

Update July 5, 2023: A version connecting an HT 110mm socket to a 100mm vacuum hose has now been added.

Update July 14, 2023: A version for 100mm machine connections has been added. This allows you to attach a gate valve directly to the machine before connecting a hose with a Quick Connect system. For instance, it fits the Bernardo DC350 dust extractor or a table saw with a 100mm connection.
