EL Wire (neon glow) light strip mounting clips

EL Wire light strips are cheap and fun but hard to mount as they are generally long but super thin and you don't want to interupt the light.

These tiny mounting clips allow you to use tiny nails to attach the wire light strip to a wall or board. With enough, they should work to sculpt “neon” sign.

The EL wires that I purchased are exactly 2.1 mm wide and about 16 feet long. The clips are made to perfectly clamp on to the wire without covering over the light. I use nails with a 1 mm diameter shaft and a 3 mm head. They are perfect for these clips but similar may work. Holes from tiny nails are super easy to hide later.

If your EL wire is not 2.1 mm diameter, scale the model as needed. If you need help, ask.
