Description

New Bevel Gear Model with a 3:1 Gear ratio:
https://makerworld.com/de/models/2155058-3-1-90deg-bevel-gears-for-o8mm-shafts-no-screws#profileId-2336027

This is a bevel gear mechanism with a 1:1 ratio, designed to transmit rotational motion at a 90° angle. The parts are intended to be 3D-printed with PLA, suitable for lightweight, low-stress applications. Two Countersinks for ISO4762 M4 included for a variety of positions of assembly.

Key Components:

  1. Bevel Gears:
    • Transfer motion between the input and output shafts at a right angle with no speed change.
    • Precision is critical for smooth operation and minimal wear.
  2. Housing:
    • Holds the gears and shafts in place, ensuring alignment and stability.
    • Printed from PLA, it must be sturdy enough to prevent gear misalignment.
  3. Shafts:
    • Connect to the gears and transmit rotational motion.

Features:

  • 1:1 Ratio: Maintains the same rotational speed between input and output.
  • PLA Material: Easy to print and cost-effective but suited for low-load applications due to its brittleness.
  • Applications: Ideal for maker projects or lightweight motion transfer

Very tight Tolerance fit!
Nearly no play!
You can achieve less tight assembly trough scaling the STL models!
