Description
Enjoywood Router Coping Sled French Cleat Hanger
- Straight forward bracket to quickly & safely mount the coping sled onto your french cleat system
- Easy mounting & dismounting within seconds without tools
- Holds in place while lifting the sled onto your wall via snap-fit system
- Snap fit: Tightly dimensioned to stay in place during movement. Might require light sanding in the support area (longer side) for tolerance adjustment for both easy application while maintaining a secure fit. Side note: Sanding in this area might be anyway nice to improve the surface from the support section. A drop of oil after sanding makes it look quite nice.
- High strength: Purposefully uses 6 walls with a strong 3D infill as it needs to hold the heavy sled in z-direction. Feels rock solid. However, z-strength could always be an issue, so I added an optional screw M5x50 as a “belt and suspenders” solution
- Printed in PLA. If you want even additional strength (don't think it is needed) feel free to switch to PETG HF.
