Description

French Cleat & Wall Mount holder for the Hongdui T-Square MT-2465 Pro

  • Holds the main T-Square: 2 versions available as separate print profiles
    • French cleat system
    • Wall mount (screw mount)
  • Additional integrated storage option for up to 16 drill guide bushings and 4 drill guide sliders
  • Review by Hooked on Wood

Printing hints

  • Print profiles have been tested with BambuLab PLA Matte 
  • Supports come off relatively easily with almost no rework needed; best to pull them out sideways with a plier
  • I experienced differences in support removal with different PLA materials. With BambuLab PLA Matte it definitely goes easy, with other brands it was sometimes harder to remove
  • For the French Cleat version the updated v1.1 profile is recommended

Update Feb 2, 2025: Added a new optimized v1.1 print profile with several improvements

  • 15% lower material consumption and 35% faster printing while improving overall surface quality
  • Changed to more typical settings: Textured PEI plate, 0.2 mm layer height with variable adjustments, optimized flow rate for better quality
  • Improved support structure with less material and easier removal
  • Added brims for anti-warpage

Update May 17, 2025: Added a new Wall Mount profile

  • Compared to the French Cleat version the design has been optimized for Wall Mounting, i.e., a thinner design in z-axis to avoid unnecessary material usage and generally closing the bottom area
  • Used a low infill amount with Hilbert Curve to avoid warping
  • Mounting via 2 flat head screws (max. diameter 5 mm, head max. 10.5 mm)
