Description

This is a wind generator I have created. pintable on x1carbon, ABS material.

  • body of the generator and two lids front and back (need two ball bearings 16 by 20mm)
  • rotor has 15 neodymium slots. each slot feed 3 magnets in dimention 50x20x5mm (cheap and effective 34,5kg force)
  • coil winder system. designed for easier winding process.
  • coil insert: copper wire you need is 0.65mm diameter. 500m of the copper for all 15 coils, about 200 windings per coil.

you have to buy:

  • steel rod 40cm
  • copper coated wire about 500meters
  • 2 ball bearings 16/20mm
  • epoxy resin
  • 10mm threaded x4 pieces about 30cm long with nuts and washers

Connetion of the coils: you can create 3 phase generator by serial grouping 5 coils in 3 sections. if you neeed schematic refer to google.

Rotor magnets has to be installed NORTH/SOUTH/NORTH/SOUTH/NORTH/SOUTH… patern.
