Description
A niche product for a niche problem: Seeding large quantities of biodegradable trays fast.
This is a seeding tool for homestead and market gardeners.
It is consisted of three parts - a body, a seed plate and a dropper.
The seed plate is made with minimal opening and meant to be drilled to size of the seeds that will be used.
This is convenient as you can print the body and the dropper once and as many seed plates as you need, depending of the size of your seeds.
Operation:
- Assemble the seeder (with the correct size seed plate)
- Put the seed in the seeder
- Shake gently until there is a seed in every hole of the seed plate
- Place over prepared with soil 3x4 biodegradable seedling tray
- Pull the dropper as the holes align and the seeds drop in the seedling tray
- Return the dropper to its initial position and repeat as needed
- After you are done, you can easily return the leftover seed in their package using the tool in the corner
Finding the right size of hole for your seeds may require a bit of trail and error until it works perfectly.
