Description

Some cool nunchucks to add to your ninja collection. I designed these from the ground up. Added a cool block pattern which is indented into the chucks 1mm. These are 10.5 inches long each chuck. I'm 5'9" and they work fine for me, and can also work for a kid if need be. I used paracord 550 to string them up. Make sure to tie the knot nice and tight, and be safe.

I uploaded a print profile of 25% infill. You can raise the infill percentage to make them more solid and heavier, or lower the infill percentage to make them lighter.

Printed great in PLA, and this is an easy print so could work fine with other filaments with appropriate print settings for those materials.

Loved the design and not fully done assembling it, but say hello to "Black N Blue With A Silver Lining". lol A lil stringing and support stiffening to get by, but all worked out for the most part. Printed in sky blue TPU for AMS, and assembling with metal wire wrapped in plastic sheet, and fassined together with 2 screw wire clips. Heat shrink to keep my hairs from being pulled by loose strands. Completed work on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube soon. I'm looking forward to designing mods that can attach via the rail system designed into these awesome parts.

Hello, Did you use supports in the open space in the middle? Also, for the knot, did you put a line of para on each side, pull out and tie, and then tuck away? Thanks much and cool build!

I printed with the settings for supports that were uploaded with the print profile. The supports are easy to remove because of the .2 top z distance. You shouldn't need to change anything. See pictures. I used 1 strand of paracord. ran through as seen in picture. tied the knot out in the open to make it easy. The knot should be small enough to squeeze back into the opening to hide it.

Maybe its due to me using TPU for AMS, and letting it get cooled off, but took me a moment to take support off. Avoid my mistake and you'll be good.

design looks great but how to tie the paracord?

Run the paracord through the chucks as seen in picture. Adjust to where it will be a palm width of length between the two chucks. Take the 2 loose ends and tie them with a double strand overhand knot. Make sure to re adjust length before tightening. Tuck that knot in to the area where the paracord feeds through so its not as visible. Thats how I did it.
