This 3D-printed project is a practical kit for effortlessly refilling used Nespresso Vertuo capsules. It enables the reuse of spent pods with your preferred coffee, saving money and reducing waste. The kit is designed to function with washable silicone stoppers or with adhesive aluminum foil, making the process clean, swift, and mess-free.
Design Features:
- Compatibility: Suitable for Vertuo capsules for various beverages, including Carafe, Double Espresso, and standard Espresso.
- Integrated Measuring Tool: The built-in scoop is meticulously designed for effortless coffee measurement:
- Full: for “Carafe” capsules
- Half: for Double Espresso
- Less than half: for single Espresso or coffee.
- Sustainability: Allows capsule reuse, minimizing environmental impact and coffee costs.
- Ease of Use: The design is engineered for minimal mess during refilling.
- Flexibility: Each type of ground coffee possesses unique characteristics (weight, grain size), therefore the system affords users the freedom to experiment with the ideal quantity.
Important Notes:
- A medium-coarse grind is recommended to prevent operational issues with Nespresso Vertuo machines.
- Excessively fine coffee is unsuitable and may clog the capsule.
- No fixed markings are present on the measuring scoop as each coffee type exhibits variable weight and volume.
